The location was very good, the price is fair. The bed was good.

The water temperature in the shower was changing during the shower. The site said that there is air conditioning, but this is not true.

The room is not clean. My friends and I stayed there 3 days, the room had smell and they didnt clean the toilet. My friends' room even had cockroach. I requested to change for my friends but they refused. The price was also so expensive compare its rate. Not recommended.

Good place, middle of the city

One of the few hotels that had a floor fan and open windows. Location is right in the middle of the city and opposite the night markets so might be a bit loud for some but ok for me. The suite was extremely spacious and the addition of a smart tv was convenient too. Very clean place.

The shower ran hot and cold randomly and the sauna was broken. The level of care varied on who was working.

memorable and enjoyable

very close to the market and bus stops public transportation to Vietnam major cities. Accidentally met the staff on one of the mall and she greeted warmly me was amazing.

Nice and convenient place to stay for short vacation in Da Lat

Like: We love their fluffy, super absorbent towels which they changed every day even if we didn't request so. Location is good, it's a short walk to vibrant night market. Good value for money. Ok for short stay.

Dislike: Elevator is only until 5th floor. We have to lug our bags to the 6th floor; rooms are not soundproofed; outlet beside the bed is not fixed; strange smell from toilet.

With that price, we couldn't complaint more. Overall, we were ok with this hotel.

This is a budget hotel, the best thing is the location.

With that price, we couldn't complaint more. But if I need to give one or two, it would be the bathroom and sound proofing.
